These terms govern your use of saffronexchpro.com and the Saffron Exchange platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to everything outlined here.
We’ve written these in plain language. No hidden clauses, no fine print tricks. Read through them once so you know where you stand.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use SaffronExch. No exceptions.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that an underage user has registered, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds will be handled according to applicable regulations.
You’re also responsible for making sure that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction. We provide the platform, but compliance with local laws is on you.
Your Account
Each person gets one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being suspended. We’ve seen people try this, and it never ends well.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Don’t share your ID or password with anyone. If someone accesses your account using your credentials, that’s on you. We can’t be held responsible for unauthorized activity caused by shared or compromised passwords.
If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, message us on WhatsApp immediately and we’ll lock it down.
Deposits
The minimum deposit on Saffron Exchange is Rs. 100. We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, and popular wallets.
Deposits are usually credited within a few minutes. During peak hours or bank maintenance windows, it can take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit doesn’t show up after that, contact our support team with the transaction reference and we’ll sort it out.
All deposit amounts must come from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits aren’t accepted.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. Bank processing times may add a few more hours depending on your bank.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 100. We may ask for identity verification before processing large withdrawals. This isn’t to delay you. It’s a security measure to protect your funds.
Withdrawals go back to the same payment method you used for deposits, wherever possible. If that’s not an option, we’ll work with you to find an alternative.
Betting Rules
SaffronExch operates on a betting exchange model. You’re not betting against the house. You’re betting against other users on the platform. We provide the marketplace, match the odds, and take a small commission.
Once a bet is confirmed, it’s final. You can’t cancel or modify it after placement. Make sure you’ve reviewed the odds, the stake, and the market before confirming.
All bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account.
We reserve the right to void bets placed during obvious technical errors, such as incorrect odds displayed due to a system glitch. This is rare, but it protects both you and other users on the platform.
Bonuses and Promotions
We run promotions and bonus offers from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible markets.
Bonus terms can change. We’ll always announce the current terms when a promotion is active, but don’t assume yesterday’s offer still applies today. Check the details before opting in.
Abusing bonus systems, like creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and possible account suspension.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for the following reasons:
- Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the platform, exploit technical issues, or engage in dishonest activity.
- Multiple accounts: One person, one account. Duplicates get shut down.
- Underage use: If we find out you’re under 18, your account will be closed immediately.
- Abusive behavior: Threatening or harassing our support staff will result in suspension. We treat our team with respect and expect the same from users.
- Suspicious transactions: Patterns that suggest money laundering or other financial crimes.
If your account is suspended, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp to discuss the situation. Genuine misunderstandings happen and we’ll review each case fairly.
Limitation of Liability
SaffronExch provides the platform on an “as is” basis. While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime or zero errors.
We aren’t liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, or events outside our control. If a system issue affects your active bets, we’ll do our best to resolve it fairly, but we can’t promise compensation for every scenario.
Betting involves risk. Only bet what you can afford to lose. We’re not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using the platform. That’s the nature of exchange betting.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of SaffronExch after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we’ll notify active users through WhatsApp before the changes take effect.
